What is Babe's SPARKLING BEE LINE?

 Our Sparkling Bee line (previously Jun Elixir) is a refreshing drink with just the right amount of sweetness. It is a fermented drink, made by adding a culture of yeast and bacteria to a sweet tea, and letting it ferment for up to a couple weeks. This makes our drink similar to kombucha in process, but different in flavour due to the difference in raw ingredients and microbes in the culture. Like kombucha, a Bee Line contains trace amounts of alcohol, but doesn't contain any cane sugar - only raw honey.

We infuse Sparkling Bee Line with fresh juices, herbs & spices and are always creating something new to try. Stop by our tasting room: 4150 Blenkinsop Rd. to try one of our weekly features.
